Office 2007 Torrent Mac

Nov 15, 2018 - Microsoft Office for Mac is powered by the cloud so you can access your documents anytime, anywhere, and on any device. It's unmistakably.

I bought my first Mac this summer (MacBookPro. And i hasnt caused me any trouble at all, i love it.) and i need to get office at some point. I havnt bought Office 2003 for Mac because i know its not 'native' to the intel macs yet and has to run through Rosetta. But i cant seem to find a release date anywhere for office 2007 for mac universal. Does anyone know when it is likely to be released? Also, i have been told conflicting information from different Mac shops.

One said if i bought Office 2003 then when the software became avaliable there would be a free upgrade, not to 2007, but so that it was universal and didnt need rosetta. Another store told me id have to wait till the universal one came out and buy it then. Im not sure what of this is correct, or if the first guy was just trying to get a sale. Anyway, any information anyone can give me would be great. There isn't an office 2003 for mac, it's 2004 If you need an office suite now, but want to wait for a univeral binary of Microsoft Office, you could always use the free options, such as OpenOffice or NeoOffice (which are both univeral binaries) in the meantime. Personally, i use Office 2004, even though it isn't a universal binary, it runs well enough on my macbook for what I need. There's a slight delay when you open Word for example, but once it's loaded up it runs nicely.

I'd imagine if you bought it now and a universal binary was released, you might be able to get a discount on it, but i doubt it would be a free upgrade. Net New username 'cause I hated my old one.

Anyway, Microsoft hasn't made any official announcements about the next Office. Typically they're numbered a year after the Windows version, so probably Office 2008. It's kind of ackward-not really sure what the smart thing to do is, as it could easily be a year until the next version.or 6 months? (Or two years, who knows.) And no, they're not providing an update to Office 2004 to make it x86 native. Hopefully the next Office will fix the font rendering issues Office v.X and 2004 have. As others have already suggested, buy MS Office for Mac 2004 only if you really need it (and can't live without it). If not, get NeoOffice or OpenOffice (I like NeoOffice better) for free - they're not 100% compatible with the file formats that MS Office uses, but you may be able to work that out to a good extent (it may require some effort).

I wouldn't suggest buying MS Office for Mac 2004 now and upgrading later - MS is not known for software that costs less (not in the Office and OS space) - my guess is that upgrading later would also cost a significant amount (probably $150+ for the Professional Edition). If you can live with less features, get MS Office for Mac 2004 standard or student-teacher edition - they cost a lot lesser than the Professional Edition, although I suspect they may not be good enough for business or professional use. There's windows 2000, but no office 2001, but office 2002 (xp) and office 2003 for windows and 2004 for mac (and xp could be said was released in 2001, or 2002. Oh yeah, and there was windows ME, which was released 2000 as well, i believe). So im' not sure where the typically numbered a yr after windows version but again.

Without any substantial facts, i'd imagine office for mac will come out toward the Q3 or Q4 of 07. Perhaps w/ the numbering 2008? I just ran across this at Mike's Hardware I don't see any mention of Universal Binary, but we can hope. Microsoft Office 2007, formally known as Office 12, is expected to be released in January alongside the consumer versions of Windows Vista. Perhaps the most notable improvement is the significant user interface redesign with menus and toolbars being replaced by Tab bars, for choosing Ribbons, and Ribbons themselves - advanced toolbars featuring the most commonly used features for the task you are performing. Amongst other improvements, Word, Excel and Powerpoint will save documents in a zipped XML format by default, with Microsoft providing a royalty-free license for the format.
